Dreaming of someone who has died

Dreams of the departed can be among the most moving we have. They rarely mean anything supernatural; more often they are the heart continuing a conversation that death interrupted — carrying grief, gratitude, or words never said.

Every mythology keeps a door between the living and the dead, and keepers who tend it gently. A visit in sleep is usually a kindness from your own memory: a chance to feel the bond that outlasts the loss.

Gods of this dream

Hel

Anubis

Dream meanings are reflective, not medical or predictive. If a dream troubles you often, be gentle with yourself — and talk to someone you trust.
