Before sleep

Mythic Dream works best as the last thing you do, not the loudest. A small ritual, so it can do its quiet work.

  1. Dim the room

    Lower the lights and your screen brightness. Let the dark of the dream be the brightest thing you see.

  2. Settle in

    Get comfortable and put the device somewhere you won't grip. Let your shoulders drop.

  3. Breathe

    Turn on the breathing guide (bottom-left) and follow the ring — in as it swells, out as it shrinks — for a minute or two.

  4. Set the sleep timer

    Choose how long you'd like, and the world will slowly dim and quiet as you drift.

  5. Let go

    Stir the water, find a light or two, and stop trying. Nothing here needs finishing.
