Dreaming of light

A light in a dream is attention itself: what is lit is what you're ready to see. A warm glow suggests comfort and understanding; a blinding light, a truth arriving faster than you can take it in; a distant light, hope you haven't reached yet but can steer by.

The sun goddess hid in a cave and the world went dark until laughter drew her out; the shining gods carry light between the worlds like a promise. If light finds you in sleep, ask what it's asking you to look at.
